Created at a time when no magic 3D filters were around for font editors and all was done by hand, PF Centura is a slab-serif typeface with a balanced, forceful attitude. Designed circa 1998 whilst experimenting with italics for Clarendon, and inspired by the iconic Rolling Stone magazine logo design of the era, the typeface’s memorable design is boldly providing results when visual brevity is a demand.
