Type Elections Booklet
The Type Elections Booklet was released as part of the Parachute® Elections 2019 event/campaign and it was inspired by the current Greek electoral landscape as well as the domestic and international pre-election period.
This limited edition introduces ten favourite typefaces of Parachute® Typefoundry as typographic candidates through ten typographic ballot papers. Each ballot paper is accompanied by the pre-election promises of the corresponding typographic candidate, whose tone of voice and discourse are inspired by real political candidates. Highly appreciated, it received a Bronze from the European Design Awards.
The Booklet's spread is a production masterpiece measuring 18cm x 350cm. The cover was cut and printed with debossing techniques. It is made from fine paper and has a custom construction with ribbons. The booklet's interior is offset printed on fine paper with a perforated cast.
