Delivery

Fonts are downloadable. We only ship tangible goods internationally with First Class Registered Postal Service. You will receive a tracking number to track your package. Domestic orders are dispatched with domestic courier services. Shipping closes at 5 p.m. on weekdays and is closed on weekends and most major holidays.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Delivery of international orders can take from 5 days to as long as 2-3 weeks. Faster delivery is available upon request via DHL.

Delivery time for international orders may vary depending on the country's postal service and customs, which may hold parcels for a length of time before releasing them for delivery. If you’re based outside the EU, taxes and duties may be applicable. Parachute@ is not responsible for paying these charges.
