Refused Orders
Orders may be refused by our system for various reasons:
1. Not enough available credit
2. Credit card has expired
3. Credit card is blocked
4. Credit card details don’t match
5. System too busy
Please note that sometimes your bank may be blocking the transaction over a certain amount for your protection. This particularly happens to US customers when they try to make an overseas payment. We advise you to contact your bank and ask for payment authorisation or alternately use a different credit card or method of payment.
